The first thing that I noticed at WP today was that they have changed the layout of the ‘Dashboard’. Yep! The Dashboard now is presented in a neater layout with all the erstwhile horizontally-aligned stuff like Top Posts from around WordPress.com, Fastest Growing WordPress.com Blogs and Latest Posts coming into a vertical pane on the right. The leftside now contains a column labeled Your Stuff… which includes the user’s activity – chronologically. User-activity is sorted under headings of Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week and A While ago. This section not only contains the posts the user made in the recent past but also the comments he/she has made. While this new-feel dashboard is indeed innovative and feel-good….it will take some time to get used to
