They Just Did It!
Manchester United clinched their third-successive English Premier League title (and 11th overall) after they drew 0-0 to Arsenal at Old Trafford to take an unassailable 7 point lead over Liverpool, who’ve got just two matches to play.
I was kinda thinking their match against Arsenal would be a draw with United playing safe and the visitors trying not to lose, and bravely decided to skip it. Acc. to reports it turned out to be a nervy affair with few clearcut chances for either team but neither took them up and it ended as a stalemate. No worries though, the lone point sealing the league win for United, who must now turn their attention onto the UEFA Champions League Final against Barcelona. An unprecedented “Quadruple” is still on the cards. Go Red Devils!!!
