I was really bogged down by the eternity that Adobe Acrobat reader used to take to start up.More so when I had to use it almost 5 times daily! And it was a real Memory Hog! I tried searching for a Workaround and found this and this
Post the tweaking, it took no more than 6 seconds for Acrobat to open up! Whoopee!
Though there are some freewares available for speeding up the load times, for example this and this, I found the Plugin-Removal thingy far easier!

Yesterday while en route to office, I managed to get a seat quite easily.At first glance, my neighbour seemed to be a Geek sorta chap and soon enough he pulled outta his bag the most sleekest piece of hardware that I’ve laid eyes upon.
Now I am no geek myself but having had a brief knowledge on the Communications industry and also courtesy of two Magz that I read every month- IC CHIP & Digit , I had some sorta idea about the latesht Gizmos.
The gizmo that i’d Laid my eyes upon that day was the O2 XDA IIS. The desc read something thus:

Beautiful, ain’t it?? By Now the Geek beside me had endured considerable stares from fellow commuters, so he quietly pluged in the earphones, turned on the media player(with his -Horrors- Fingernails!!! Whatever happened to the sleek stylus??? ) and chose to play some Songs. While I was in anticipation of hearing some real chartbusters, what splurted out were the cacophonic noises of Aparichithudu!!! Dang!!! What a waste of a device!!!
The Sleek n Sexy LCD Monitor that sits on moi workspace is a delightful li’l thing! Not only does it makes for great viewing (and a stress-free one at that!) but it also has a great Flaunt value! I could see the envy in the eyes of workmates who are stuck with CRT’s as they pass those desks with LCD’s on them!
But hey! almost all the LCD’s get that envious looks! So How does my LCD stand out from the rest? The answer,I suppose, lay in great wallies! Yes, I had modded da desktop to give it a MAC look but that gets outdated after a few glares, ain’t it? So sprucing it up with great Wallpapers sourced from the Web would make it a truly Snazzy piece O’ hardware. My Sources for them wallies have been Deviantart and SantaBanta.
Tho I have been scouring the web for great wallies that look cool on da 17 Inched beauty, most of them sites are,sadly,blocked here! And that’s really a shame! Coz A thing of Beauty is Joy Forever ,Right?
